• For those purchasing online, the room certificate will be mailed at the same time as the gift card. The shipping tracking number can be provided over the phone when calling to place an order.

• If purchasing in person, the gift card and room certificate will be provided at time of purchase.

• Room Certificate must be presented at check-in. All booking information and instructions will be on the gift certificate. Guests must call to make a reservation and mention the gift certificate.

• The complimentary room night is only valid in Lodge Village Guest Rooms.

• Certificate value may not be applied to home or condo stays, and there is no cash value.

• The gift card and free room night must be applied towards a future stay or transaction.

• Not applicable to Group Reservations.

• Expiration dates cannot be extended.

• Gift Certificates cannot be sold.

• Gift cards cannot be applied to services such as membership initiation fees or dues payments, instruction such as pickleball or golf lessons, etc., or for online retail purchases.

• Gift cards may not be used at Starbucks, the Stables, for online experience bookings, or our online retail store.

Shipping:

• Gift card mailing is encouraged this year. A $11.00 shipping & handling fee will be added to all mailed gift card purchases. You can expect your card to arrive within 7 business days or less!

• We use USPS for shipping.

• After purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please use this number to track your package online.
